1:30 p.m. Glimmerglass Festival presents Strauss’ Ariadne in Naxos  the Alice Busch Opera Theater on 7300 State Highway 80, Cooperstown, NY.  

  

7:30 p.m.  The Toronto Music Festival presents the Emerson String Quartet at Koerner [KERR-ner] Hall on Bloor Street West in Toronto.  

 

8:15 p.m. The Chautauqua Symphony Orchestra performs selections by Tchaikovsky and Mozart at the amphitheater on the grounds of the Chautauqua Institution in Chautauqua.  

 

 

SHAW FESTIVAL in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario presents:
