BUFFALO, N.Y. – WNED-TV will air “Use Your Brain to Change Your Age with Dr. Daniel Amen” on Wednesday, March 7 at 8 p.m., “Il Volo Takes Flight” on Thursday, March 8 at 8 p.m. and “Big Band Vocalists” at 9:30 p.m.

Italian teen vocal group “Il Volo” captivates the live audience in this special concert that covers music from Opera to Pop to classic Italian songs of both genres.  Critics have called Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto and Gianluca Ginoble everything from “extraordinary” to “incredible vocal talents.”  Il Volo sings “O Sole Mio,” “Smile” and many other songs.

This new My Music special looks back at the timeless “crooners” and “canaries” of the 1940s. The nostalgic look back offers favorites from an all-star roster of legendary artists such as Louis Armstrong, Perry Como, Doris Day, Peggy Lee, Dinah Shore and Frank Sinatra.   Among the bands backing up the vocalists are groups led by Benny Goodman and Duke Ellington.
