An Evening with Renee Montagne

In March 2017 WNED | WBFO welcomed one of the most familiar voices on National Public Radio, Renee Montagne. WBFO Senior Reporter Eileen Buckley led the conversation with the former Morning Edition Host and now Special Correspondent before a full house eager to learn about Montagne's career in public radio.

It was a conversation that ranged from Paul McCartney to Donald Trump, from Afghanistan to fake news.

Buckley asked Montagne about her career. She shared stories from more than 30 years' reporting the world, but also switching roles to answer a wide range of questions from the crowd.
