How do I submit my results?
Email photos, short video, YouTube link or text to compactsciencewnedpbs@gmail.com or post your photos on social using #compactscience.
Which types of media can I submit?
Text, photos, and/or video.
Please only submit materials that you own – photos that you took, video you recorded, etc.
What happens after my content is submitted? When will it be visible on the site?
Buffalo Toronto Public Media will review all submissions prior to appearing on the website. You will receive an email to notify you when your post is visible. Content deemed inappropriate will be rejected and will not appear on the website.
I'd like to share my results on social media, how do I do that?
You can share your results by using the hashtag #CompactScience on Twitter and Instagram.
Why would the content I submit be rejected?
Buffalo Toronto Public Media will not post content that contains inappropriate language or content, threats, attacks, name-calling, promotional material, or off-topic material. Your content will also be rejected if you submit materials whose rights are owned by others, such as a copyrighted song or photo.
Your content may be featured on wned.org and on social media as part of Compact Science. Buffalo Toronto Public Media will reject content that contains inappropriate language, threats, attacks, name-calling, promotional material, or is off topic. Users may only submit content that they own. Content should be free of commercial branding or logos. Only first names and will be included in post that appear on wned.org/compactscience. The submission of content does not guarantee that it will be featured. The decision of whether to include content will be made solely by Buffalo Toronto Public Media.
